Les P’tits Grignons: healthy snacking
Although snacking concerns 50% of the French population, this habit is actually an addiction whose three pillars are pleasure, strong emotions and the need to ground oneself through ritual.
With this in mind, Valentin came up with fifteen healthy, organic and locally-produced snacks: Les P'tits Grignons. As a result, gourmets can continue to enjoy good things without feeling guilty. The range includes dried fruit mixes and roasted chickpeas with Provençal herbs. The snacks are divided into 3 ranges according to their average calorie index, their potential renal acid load and their inflammatory impact on health.
Thanks to an app and regular challenges, users learn to better manage their food cravings and snack to their heart’s content!
This project has been selected as part of Design L'Expo 2023 and will be exhibited at La Cale 2 Créateurs from 24th January 2024 to 10th March 2024.
