Bus stops are a necessary part of the daily routine for 123,000 public transport users in the city of Nantes. How can we make this transitional zone more appealing? How can we turn it into a fun, relaxing or informative moment?

During her studies in the bachelor cycle scenography, Chloé Renard imagined a bus stop with different uses depending on the time of day. To help pass the time, users can work, relax, catch up on news or explore the local area. Situated near the Beaujoire flower gardens, it imitates plant contours through the use of natural materials. By night, the bus stop is equipped with a welcoming light that envelops the user in a cosy green bubble.
